Return Policy:
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn and with hangtag intact. All claims must be made in 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Email returns@shopstacia.com with your order number and reason for exchange or return. You will then be issued an RA# by email. Return your item by insured mail with the RA# clearly written on the outside of the box; you will not be credited for return shipping. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise in unworn condition, your credit card will be refunded for the ticket price, plus tax (if applicable). Shipping charges are not refundable. Sales merchandise are Final Sale.
Sales Tax:
California residents add 9.75% sales tax to your order.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
All orders are shipped via UPS ground, except for Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders which are shipped via U.S. Express Mail. Shipping charges are as followed: Continental U.S. add $15 to your order; Alaska and Hawaii add $20; International add $25. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. |
